Iar-aire Scoile/After-school Care
Beidh an iar-aire scoile ag tosnú ar an Luan 14ú Mean Fomhair 2009.

Rúnai scoil
Áine our SNA will be in charge of secretail duties in the school on a part-time basis. Áine available to assist you from Monday to Thursday from 1.30 – 2.30 in the school office. Any school costs can be paid to Áine directly during the times listed.
An curaclam tacaíochta/Support curriculum
Tá foireann na scoile ag obair ar an gcuraclam tacaíochta do ceol, snámh agus an damhsa. Cuirfear eolas ar fail daoibh chomh luath is atá chuile rud in ord. The school staff is currently working on the support curriculum for music, dance and swimming. All details will be made available as soon as they are finalised.
Fliú na Muice/Swine flu
Táimid ag déanamh ár seacht ndícheall ár bpáistí agus ár scoil a choinneáil saor ó fliú na muice. Iarraimid cabhair agus có-oibriú ar chuile dhuine atá bainteach leis an scoil.
Cuirfear tuilleadh eolais ar fáil daoibh an tseachtain seo chugainn.
Idir an dá linn bhéimís fíor bhuíoch díobh as ucht labhairt le do pháiste faoin dtábhachta a bhaineann le do lámh a ghlanadh.
We are doing our best to take the necessary precautions to protect our school from any outbreak of swine flu. We installed anti-bacterial gel dispensers last year and we will continue with this practice. Tissues, paper towels and anti-bacterial handwashes will be available to children, staff, parents and visitors to the school in order to minimise the risk of any flu outbreak. We would encourage you to practice correct handwashing and the correct use of a tissue with your child before returning to school. The teachers will also deal with these topics through our S.P.H.E programme as soon as the school reopens.

Foireann na scoile 2009/2010
The school will reopen on Monday August 31 at 8.50. All children will go home at 12 on the first day due to a staff meeting.
Junior infants will go home at 12 for the first few weeks in order to assist them in settling into school.
Rang a hAon will go home at 1.30 for the first week to assist them in adjusting to their new time of 2.30 for the rest of the year.
Ranganna 2,3,4,5, will go home at 2.30 from Tuesday September 1st.

Lotto na Scoile
Míle buíochas do thuismitheoirí na scoile agus do phobal Baile Átha an Rí a thug tacaíocht don Lotto ón Nollag seo chaite. Bhailigh muid beagnach €7000 don scoil !!!
A huge ''thank-you'' to the parents of Gaelscoil Riada and the Athenry community who have supported our school Lotto since its launch this December. To date we have collected nearly €7000 for the school. Maith sibh!!
Bus scoile
The Bus service has now been extended to cover most areas.
