It is with great joy and celebration that we can now officially announce and confirm that An Bord Pleanála has given full planning permission to build a new Gael-Campus in Athenry which will house our new school, An Teach Spraoi Naíonra and Coláiste an Eachréidh.

Since we were first established in September 2006, we have been waiting patiently for this announcement. The granting of planning permission is a momentous milestone in what our founding members envisioned all those years ago, a thriving and progressive Gael-Campus where our children learn, develop, and flourish through the medium of our native Irish language.

We can now look forward to working closely with the Department of Education in cementing the foundations and building blocks of our new state of the art school. The future is indeed promising and bright!
