Is é an misean atá againn anseo i nGaelscoil Riada ná timpeallacht oideachasúil lán-Ghaeilge thacúil agus chuimsitheach a chothú a chuimsíonn agus a cheiliúrann éagsúlacht chúlraí reiligiúnacha agus cultúrtha laistigh dár bpobal. Trí chur chuige tarraingteach iomlánaíoch i leith an oideachais, tá sé mar aidhm againn gach páiste a chumasú chun barr a gcumais a bhaint amach, go hacadúil, go sóisialta agus go mothúchánach trína gcuid buanna agus cumais uathúla a chothú. Táimid tiomanta do mhothú muintearas, meas agus cineáltas a chothú i measc ár bpobal scoile a chuirfidh ar chumas páistí dul i dtaithí ar dhomhan atá ag athrú de shíor agus ag cur go dearfach le sochaí ilchultúrtha.
Aithnímid an tábhacht a bhaineann le comhpháirtíocht tuismitheoirí agus spreagtar caidreamh agus teagmháil ghníomhach le teaghlaigh inár n-aistear oideachasúil, ag cothú pobal comhoibritheach tacúil atá tiomanta d’fhorbairt iomlánaíoch ár gcuid daltaí.
